Allow thin to with lvm. BUT

benchmarks needed first to understand the performance impact
only if thin-provisionong-tools package available on host - because otherwise it can't be fixed
also implement lvconvert junix utility to fix broken thin-provisioned volumes

pool resize steps needed, integration tests in kerub-ext-tests and then it should be ok

as thin pools can not be shrinked, there only way to shrink is to migrate everything and delete the original - quite expensive
