storage capabilities (lvm, gvinum, zfs) should be configuration #244

Right now the pre-configured storage capabilities are registered in the host ("static") record, the data structure does not mind the underlying physical data storage.

It could be better to keep this in the configuration record, the physical disks could then stay in the static record.
