[BUG]: Fading error when dimension fog disabled in Video Settings #71

Before creating an issue, please make sure you have checked the following:

[X] This issue does not appear without Chunks Fade In installed.
[X] All my mods (not only Chunks Fade In) are up-to-date.
[X] Similar issue had not already been reported before in the issue tracker.

What happened?

When dimension fog set to "OFF", the fading will begin as a white chunk, not expected transparent.

Game: Minecraft 1.20.4 Mods: Chunks Fade In 1.0.2, Sodium 0.5.8

Still happen in 1.21 version
