Other notes in regards to the flagging is that when a new account is created, it should obviously have nothing in the Action field until it is flagged, which in turn gives it either the ‘Outgoing Call’ or ‘Rep’ Action icon as per the user’s selection. This selection should be carried forward in all cases (ie There is an auto-reflag due to no action taken ‘Order Received’ or ‘Not Received’, or the administrator has decided to move the account to a different round, etc. The same principle applies to account status. A new account will start with a green status until it is flagged and an action is taken and the status changes accordingly. The last account status is carried forward for changes in the account/round settings (E.g. The administrator decides to set a new starting week number of a particular round, the account is associated to a different round, etc)
