Account list -> see F) req doc #25

  1. call type (use icons instead), no., name, address, options
  2. put account lookup search box (name, number) on top of account listing
  3. account lookup -> when start typing name - it should search whole name, not just start of acct. name
  4. Make name clickable -> to account summary
