b) In regards to the ADMIN changing the cycle start week for a particular round (scenario we were discussing)- best solution to be adopted would be to reflag all ACCOUNTS that have the particular round as Primary round to the new selected week and accounts under Secondary and Tertiary to stay on the same (previous day) but shifted under Specific Tab.
