It appears that ctrl(Y,X) is far more reliable than ctrl(X) !!!! #211

This fix changes SYS_CopyMemoryExt to use ctrl(Y,X) instead of ctrl(X). This appears the fix the snow problem that shows up when loading GT1 files from a SPI SD card. Why this works is not clear to me.
