Contrib veekooFIN Fractals and Lottosimu in C language

veekooFIN folder and under is fractals and lottouniverse folders. Under those are two rom versions of programs and source codes. Pictures folder has been removed.

P.S.You didn't have to delete the pictures in Contrib/veekooFin only the ones in you added in the parent pictures directory. You can do another pull request for the pictures in Contrib/veekooFin if you want.
