SD card boot fix + New memory detection code in Reset + Minor stuff.

This pull request contains the following changes (by order of importance)

• A fix for CardBoot to work with SDSC cards and MMC cards.
• A fixed memory detection code in Reset.gcl
• Speedups (and simplifications) for SYS_CopyMemoryExt
• New sys call SYS_ScanMemoryExt
• Better comments for SYS_ExpanderControl
• Some profiling support in gt1dump.py.
