Implement unified vRTI by reserving $30-35 and storing vCpuSelect in $34.
Update Apps/Apple-1 and Apps/Interrupt for this new reserved area.
Add AT67's multiply and divide SYS calls.

Warning: changes in Contrib/at67 below:

Update gtBasic to reserve $30-$36 when using vIRQ (tested on all gbas programs).
Change gtEmuAT67 to use std::streampos (standard) instead of std::ifstream::streampos (nonstandard)
Change sd.vhd.bz2 to latest system.gt1 (related to the emulation of a RAM/IO expansion card inside gtEmuAT67)
