update fpga and simulation adding input to both and a somewhat working audio as well as other changes

several updates and optimizations to fpga and simulation versions. add input to fpga using onboard buttons, an attempt at audio via onboard audio but I think the filtering is wrong add input switches to digital TTL simulation, add reset for easy start some updates to my missle game gbas project, I'm cheating a tad and using the line routine for faster erase but my math isn't exactly the same
