Download contains SVN resources #35

The download contains SVN resources such as .svn folders. These, the temp files 
and the .DS_STORE files need to be removed. The biggest issue is that someone 
could accidentally corrupt their working copy by copying these files into their 
project without knowing or realizing these exist. They should be removed ASAP.
