Can't get enemy players' nameplates to only show as name-only #551

In battlegrounds, I'm trying to make it so that enemy player's don't show their health bar: just their name. Here's what my "Name-only" config looks like:

As you can see, "Hostile Players" is checked. However, in a battleground, the enemies have their health bar nameplates showing. These are my settings for "Health bars":

And just in case it makes a difference (didn't seem to), here's my settings for "Auras":

What I want is the inverse of my default nameplate set up, where friendly players are name only and enemy players show health bars. I can successfully make this happen. Here's a picture of what I'm trying to achieve, but for enemies not friendlies:

What I instead am seeing is this:

Notice that the enemy players have their health bars in red, and the friendly one has his in whitish. How do I make it so that the enemies' health bars appear as JUST names? I'm trying to minimize how much I see on the screen when I heal so I focus more on my team mates rather than enemies like I do when I'm DPSing.

So I've been using this add on forever and realized that maybe just over the years something funky had built up over many save files and formats changing. I deleted all my setting and reinstalled and was able to get it working as intended so I am closing the issue.
