The Customer Login - the Action Menus are wrong. #26

- Remove Calendar tab
- Remove EMI tab
- Weekly visit should be removed and instead 4 new menus should be created.
This should look similar to how the user page in admin view looks.

- Goals should be removed as well.
- New tab - Payments should be introduced.

- I am unable to test EMI as the upload EMi is not working. Please let me
know when yo uare ready with that feature.
