Payments with discounts

The print function on Payment Action menu does not print the % discount and 
the total payable.
In the same section the Summary should show a $ sign in front of all the 
charge per session items and the total items  
(basically all price should be prefilled with a $ sign)
In the same page, if I change the number in the % discount, it does not 
change the total. Not sure if you are doing the full calculation or not.
