The Invoice printing is not working properly. #35

The bills are wrong. Try printing invoice for Neel2 Kamal2 for date 1/1/2010 
where he got one acupuncture, 1 massage and 2 packets of herbs. The cost 
should be (80+35+36) – 20% = 120.8 
However it’s doing wrong maths. And not even printing the sub totals etc.
