The marking for trouble spot in the sign-in sheet issues. #49

The marks are not always visible, you need to hover your mouse over the image 
to see the marks. And you need to click on a mark to see the text that's 
written with it.

This need to be fixed where it shows all that is marked as well as written as 
static info.

Added a whole new implementation for image notes.  Now the markers are always 
visible and also the visitdate 
navigation should be working fine now.
