Treatment Plan Length in Payment tab (Action menu) has no effect on total number of sessions. #50

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to Payment tab in Action menu.
2. Add a number (ex 5) in Treatment Plan Length text box, add a service and
click Add
3. The session duration by default shows 1. ex- "1 Cupping per week for 1
week" 

I think it should show whatever number user provides in the Treatment Plan
Length text box.
