Calculate feature is non-functional on customer Payment page #51

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to a Customer' payment page.
2. Check the "Total Cost" and "Total payable" at the bottom of the page.
Both are same even with a discount %age
3. Also if I add any further discount on this page and click on
'Calculate', it does not do anything.

Calculation function at both the places should work.
