Archive plans currently can not be viewed #52

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Save some plans for a customer on Action menu Payment tab
2. Go to the customer payment tab and click on Archive for the displayed plans
3.Once archived, the plans disappear from the page and there is no other
Archive button to view all these plans.

We should have an Archive button to view the archived plans.

Issue is active. We do not an Archive button on payment tab to view archived 
payment 
plans.
