"Successfully saved the plan" orange color popup on payment tab should be changed. #56

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add a plan
2. Click on Save button once done.
3. Orange color pop-up appears on top right of the page with "Successfully
saved the plan" message

We should have a regular Grey color pop up message box (very common on
apps) with the same message.

The regular alert box requires user to do one more click which most of the 
people doesn't like.  The most popular 
these days is the use of growl messages.  We can customize the color of the 
message but I feel there is no need 
to do an extra click for confirmation type of messages.
