UI Chnages in the Diagnosis page.

Change #1. In the Diagnosis page, under the Pulse section, one of the drop 
down option is currently written as slip, it should be slippery.
Note , all 6 drop-downs need to have this change. 

Change #2. There is label missing for the 6 drop downs. Please label them 
like this.
 Cun ______ Guan _______ Chi _______ 
 Cun ______ Guan _______ Chi _______

Alpana, pls verify the modification from a look and feel perspective.
