New Feature - NPI completeness #69

- Need the Initial health reference point (similar to diagnosis)
- Need the health goal and current medication charts
- Need this chart above to show up in the user report card.
- the handover from admin to the user back to admin (need to specify the 
flow).
- Possibly need to make NPI another stand alone application so that customer 
can't take advantage of admin login.

A correction in the attached ppt slide #1 - the new tab for NPI that is 
introduced in
the SIA agent, the name on the tab should be "New Patient". Currently in the 
slide it
shows Patient NPI. Please change that to New Patient.

Imp Note for slide 1 of the attached updated NPI ppt.

Note: The list shows the names of people in the waiting queue. It does not show 
all
the users that are there in the company. This is being done from security 
perspective.
