New Feature - Daily business record.

TX Logs-  The stats located at the bottom of the TX log excel sheet will be 
needed to the Daily Business Sheet

- The “# Herbs” column should display the herbs prescribed today in the 
type of prescription Miki indicated for the patient (bags/powder/capsules)

- The “Services/Txs” column should display the services for the day 
(acupuncture, massage, cupping, reexamination, payment only).

- The “Collection” column should display any payment made by the patient 
for that day

- The “By” column should display the type of payment made by the patient

o If it is by credit card, it needs to indicate what kind of credit card 
(Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc)

o If it is by check, it needs to indicate the check number for that day.

o If it is by cash, please have a selection for “Cash”

- The “Total Income” column should be a tally of the payments made from the 
day. For example:

§  Name         Collection  Total-Income
§  Angela D     $1,000      $1,000
§  Sabine K     $0
§  Sally T      $500        $1,500
§  Rolf K       $0
§  Achille B    $0
§  Kim T.       $2,300     $3,800

- The “Entered” column indicates who entered this information for the day. 
It might just default to administrator.

- The “Other” column can be notes we have. For example, “Patient to pay 
tomorrow”

-          Would there be a way to create a TX Log for the week?

All the information we have except the accounting.  We don't know on any given 
day how much money has 
collected.
