Modification in the EMI chart #71

Issue #1. The X axis points should be edited to not have numbers. For example 
Need to put in legend to describe the LU-5 should be changed to LU.

Issue #2. Need to have a legend page explain the meaning of each item in the 
X axis. We can create a legend or a table etc. Maybe we can make the X axis 
points clicks. Please find the attached document with the explanation of each 
x axis points.

EMI legend should open the new format attached with the ticket (EMI Legend.doc)

Attached is the EMI Legend with correct order. 

Changes in the doc -
1. All black text.
2. Order is correct as per chart.
3. Print button and the botton of the page, centrally aligned.
