'false' default type answer for some questions in NPI

Certain fields in NPI, when I leave it blank then the answer text gets
populated with 'false'. These fields so far are -

1. Is it getting worse?
2. Cancer (type)
3. Wet or Dry

Also, when i provide an answer to these question, go to next page, come
back to the previous page..my answer is changed back to 'false'

"Duration of flow" on 4th page shows "false" as an answer type.

Works fine in NPI. No 'false' value now.
