Service denied - waiting in endless processing loop

Got this error on test server at 4:39 PM PST.

How did I get to that situation?
- Logged in to the admin module and clicked on the user Neel3 Kamal3 (page 
goes to the status page)
- Went to bug system to check something, came back to the application in 5 
minutes. 
- clicked on Sign-In and then it went into this processing mode. Looks like 
it's waiting on a resource and has hit a race condition.

I have waited 4 minutes and it is still processing.

I tried to break the loop but it didn't help, again went into processing loop. 
Heer are 
the steps I took to break the loop.

- clicked on the back button on the browser and page went to the user status 
screen 
again (no processing massage)
- Clicked on refresh button on the browser.
- clicked back on the sign-in and it went back to processing loop.

Tried another approach and this time it worked.

- Clicked on refresh without going back and now it shows me the Sign-In page.

I got this "Processing" loop again today (5/8/200) at 10:15 PM. This is for 
user 
wadhwa4 on Diagnosis page in Admin module. 

I tried above mentioned method but could,'t break the loop. The Processing loop 
do not 
show for other user. Its only for wadhwa4.
