Some good documentation and working examples would make this tool
accessible to a wider range of users.

Thanks for the suggestion--I agree. While there is some documentation here 
(http://code.google.com/p/smart-lencioni-image-resizer/wiki/Usage), it isn't 
very 
thorough.

If you would like to write up some documentation, I will happily add it to the 
site.
