Images aren't rendered when using crop #24

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using the crop (c1:1) command, images aren't rendered. When I remove the 
crop command, they render properly.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Image is expected, but then using the crop command, the browsers "empty 
image/source" is displayed.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
slir 2.0b3 with WAMP 2.0 virtual server on Windows XP.
However, this DOES WORK on MAMP virtual server on a Mac.

Please provide any additional information below.
As described above, when I add the "-c1:1" images don't render on a WAMP 2.0 
with default settings and mod_rewrite enabled. However, "-c1:1" DOES work on a 
MAMP server on a Mac.

Just noticed the crop does work if I use the query string method on the WAMP 
(Windows).

This should be fixed in r122. I made it so the crop ratio parameter can take a 
period character as a delimiter as well as the colon. So, if you are using this 
version, change your requests from c1:1 to c1.1.
