What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Rename a file to H&H SS12 invite.jpg 

What is the expected output? 
http://my/path/to/file/H&amp;H%20SS12%20invite.jpg
(or something like that)

What do you see instead?
http://my/path/to/file/H

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

I just experienced that if I have a '&' character in the filename,
then the filename is "copped of".
