Add switch to control cropping behavior #9

Users should be able to choose if they want to use smart cropping or dumb 
cropping. There should be a default set in the config file (default to dumb 
cropping until smart cropping is more reliable and uses less resources) and 
the user should be able to specify cropping mode when accessing the images.

Switch is currently available script-wide through the config file. Still need 
to add 
the option to switch cropping mode per image request.
