Better documentation and some graphics #168

Hello, I'm looking into a solution to install 14 4K Hikvision cameras and use Frigate for smart detection and events, and probably NVR needs. However I'll have Dream Machine Pro with Unifi Video and wondered maybe to utilise it too. Then I found this project which is probably exactly what I need. However from the docs it is not 100% clear how the whole setup and topology looks like, especially when we add Frigate in the picture. What value exactly the Frigate integration adds? Can we avoid having ffmpeg processing the stream two times that way (one time in unifi-cam-proxy and another in Frigate)?

In general, I think a bit better documentation would be really appreciated. Some topology charts won't hurt too. :)
