Updated Docker Image #174

First of all, thank you for all your hard work, it let me use some of my Amcrest cameras that I had before protect and add to the system. I just wanted to point out that the image on docker hub is 5 months old, when I first tried to use Amcrest as the camera it didn't work, I figured out that building the image from the latest code fixed that. An updated image may help those less knowledgeable on docker. Thanks again for your work!

A new version has been pushed to PyPI and Docker Hub!
