Clarify what this does on the main webpage #256

Hi,

I was linked the webpage https://unifi-cam-proxy.com/ and I couldn't make out what the webpage was actually for.

On the Github page itself though which I eventually found a perfect nice explanation was written, so I took the liberty of copy-pasting that into the webpage so that it will be easy for other people to understand what the webpage is about :)
