Manual 'Add Device' no longer a feature #279

Description

The 'Add Device' button is now removed from the Protect UI (I'm on v2.2.9). Going to the manual URL ('/protect/devices/add') just redirects back to /protect/devices

How can we add a camera now?

How to reproduce

  1. Log into Protect
  2. Go to Devices page
  3. No Add button

Expected behaviour

There should be an add button

You can still follow this issue to get the QR code https://github.com/keshavdv/unifi-cam-proxy/issues/208

If you look at the code in main branch and you're building the image by yourself, you'll be able to automatically get the token (but I haven't tested that flow yet, since the QR code worked for me).
