Hello everyone .. Can someone tell me what I need to connect the ip cameras with rtsp and the dream machine pro? Thanks in advance

Hello, thank you for your help .. I have now done everything according to your instructions from the link, but it does not work for me. How do I find the error? ffmpg -version is not displayed.

Can you share the "output from your Raspberry Pi" in SSH after you enter the command? Example command for my setup: unifi-cam-proxy -H 192.168.10.1XX -i 192.168.10.XX -c client.pem -t XXXXXJfXnYYndMHJiFAsvzlqcA81F hikvision -u admin -p 9XXXXX

SSH output while Hikvision running correctly. You will have error massages if the camera is not running:

I only have ip cam with rtsp and when I enter nothing comes. maybe i didn't do the installation well either .. i went one after the other but just ..

I have now done everything new for the 10th time and there is always an error when installing. The instructions are a bit confusing .. Maybe that's not what I'm trying to do. I have a normal IP camera and bought a Dream Machine Pro now I thought to use it instead of the NVR and came across these instructions. Is it possible to use my IP cameras via an Easpberry PI 4 B with the Dreammachine Pro from Unifi? If not that I give it up .. It would be nice if someone could help me to get this project off the ground. thanks in advance

Make sure you have changed the following settings in the Hikvision DS-2DE3304W-DE interface: On the Video/Audio Tab ==> Video Stream Type: Main Stream (Normal) Video Type: Video Stream Resolution: 1280*960 Bitrate Type: Variable Video Quality: Highest Frame Rate: 25 Max Bitrate: 8192 Video Encoding: H.264 H.264+: OFF Profile: Main Profile I Frame Interval : 70 Smoothing: 34 Firmware Version: V5.6.11 build 210224
