the xxx.sqlite file is in expected directory … but no keys or data populated (which appears to be connected with above limitation of the victron connect app under windows?)
i am using the victron connect app with both android and IOS devices, but doesnt appear these can be used to access the keys?
I dont use linux or macOS… so stumped on where i go next to decode the keys?
any suggestions pls..
Solved the problem by using Ubuntu booting/running from a USB stick on (windows) laptop.
victron certainly have made the key retrieval process unduly complicated!
trying to use Windows (10) machine to get the keys. When using the victron connect app, and with bluetooth switched on, the victron bluetooth devices dont show up.
The app gives a “help error” message “bluetooth connection from a windows device is not supported..”
Am i using the incorrect app? as this is contrary to your instructions..
