Phoenix Inverter Smart #107

Hi,

I have a victron smart sensor, two mppt a shunt and a phoenix smart inverter. all this devices shown under Victron BLE. As i can read in the description it looks like Phoenix Inverters Smart are not supported. How can I help to bring this forward?

I don't have a Phoenix Inverter to test but I have implemented the protocol so it might not work. Turns out my inverter needed VE.Bus instead.
