hi i want to add online portfolio website in your repo please merge this pr under hactoberfest 2022

This work is already done, if you have some different Ideas it that are not previously done that would be helpful. Also whenever you pull, try to add .gitignore so that only those file get merged on which you have actually worked. You can read more about it online to understand if you don't know.
