Added a Landing page of VPN

I have completed my work on the landing_page and I believe it is ready to be merged into the main branch. Could someone please review and merge my changes into the main branch as soon as possible? Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

I understand that this is your first contribution, but have you read the description of this repository? As the first condition is that your submission should be unique ! We have already got 5+ landing pages, which are added in the list!

What you can do is to modify them or make them better. Or come with a unique concept that nobody have worked on.
