I would like to add a folder with solutions of problems of leetcode in python directory. So @keshavsingh4522 please add this to hacktoberfest 2021

Hi @beertocode . If you want to contribute to any repository for hacktoberfest, just add a new issue. How and why to add a new issue....just check that out on YouTube. Also don't add leetcode solutions or something minute as a contribution because hacktoberfest is not accepting that. But I'll add solutions of leetcode in this repo anyways.
