There arent much of projects in the HTML/CSS section of this repository

I have a couple of web development projects I would like to contribute, for Hacktoberfest contributions

Describe alternatives you've considered

These projects of mine are desgined as single page websites and will help beginners

Hii, i already made a pull request adding a js project before adding such issue. And it is showing that your repository has been excluded. So it is not accepting it as a valid contribution. Could you please tell me what went wrong?
