Adding healthy programmer program in python #2987

@SachinDabhade Sir if you can describe more about the program , then maybe I can code this Problem.

Is it something like , amount of calories required for different age groups of programmers. User will input the age , and we can Output the Range of Calories for a healthy Programmer , Or maybe the most peferred Meal for the same.
