disclaimer about performance issues for favicons & thumbnails #287

For the last few days Conex opens the main window extremely slowly: usually the window opens, then CPU goes 100% for 10-12 seconds, then works as expected. No console output seen.

It may be connected that now I have two actual windows opened with around 250 tabs in total.

FF nightly (66.0a1 2019-01-03 64 bit), Conex v0.8.5

Found it!

show favicons in Conex popup slows down the opening tremendously.

Maybe a warning is due in the settings screen.

yeah ... thumbnails & favicons use a lot of CPU-cycles and I have the feelings since recent versions it's more noticable. I used to have a disclaimer in the settings screen -- perhaps I should re-add it, good point
