fix output for repositories without dependencies: they should be of requested type.

Output:

output=json => [] (an empty array)
output=html => an empty table with headers and 1 empty row (otherwise @kessler/tableify will output an empty table without headers)
output=csv => a file with only one empty line or with headers (if using the --csvHeaders option)
output=table => a table with only the headers
