Error: access is denied #63

Hi bro, i can't use createKey and putValue in terminal, it tells me access is denied .. how can i fix it ? image image

I run win10 in parallel desktop on macOS

Either the node doesn't exist or the command line process is not elevate / dont have permissions for the node
