To have useful discussions and be in some sort of harmony when making choices, I think it would be good that we agree on the ultimate goals of this project. What do we expect from it?

My expectations for the project are to have a well-made, coherent and full universe, interesting enough for anyone to use it in its own creation. I think this universe should also bring new things, maybe new ways of thinking the fantasy genre.
