When creating a new account, I am stuck on the "Enter your account settings" step after succesfully validating my email address.
After entering my details and clicking on 'Update', I see the following error message:
Error triggered: A software exception was not caught: "Class 'libSMS' not found".
This was probably caused by a software bug. The details of this error have been successfully logged and will be attended to by a developer.
Expected behaviour
I would expect my account to be created successfully and get access to the website.
Actual behaviour
I cannot activate my account.
Steps to reproduce
Create a new account.
Open the activation url sent to your email address.
