DALI (RGBW) ? #172

Hi, I've recently gotten DALI modules installed in my Dobiss NXT to control RGBW ledstrips. However, these do not turn up in Home Assistant? Dobiss NXT is on the latest version, is rebooted several times. Home Assistant (also latest version) is also rebooted a few times. I uninstalled and reinstalled the integration, but the (DALI) lights don't show in Home Assistant...

I don't have DALI modules and never had the request before, so wasn't able to test this out. I don't see any info on the dobiss API website either which helps me implement this. I'll see if I can get some info from them directly...

I only found this: https://support.dobiss.com/books/nl-dobiss-nxt/page/developer-api#bkmrk-lijsten. Nr 4 is DALI...

I've got feedback from dobiss on this: it's not fully supported by the API, but i should be able to make the individual light components visible. I'll have a look at what i can do
