Add low-code Actions additionally somewhere to the Topology view for more visibility #3334

Feature description

Move the low code actions as small icons on the topology canvas - WDYT @Nico-Kestra?

When users are editing these actions, they typically do that through the Topology view, so it seems useful to have these actions visible in the topology to minimize confusion

Stacking on top might be even better than next to the +/- image

You have the image in the description of this issue, with the drawn part in the bottom left corner. That is what needs to be added @shawnfrost69.
